emailed the farmer's network, hopefully i can find someone to do share-farming with and trial out sorghum... otherwise I'm gonna have to move out to some other town, where people actually wanna do stuff :blobcatbongosad:

@OldM8 I want to try and grow sorghum but wrong continent. I have seen the cane pressed for syrup which I really want to give a try. Is that your plan?

@thatguyoverthere it's one thing, just permaculture in general actually, grow summer grain, do alley cropping, contour trenching etc.
but ughh, this town is slowly doing my head in, gonna have to put my money towards building a tiny house on a trailer at this point

ah yeah
I just have a case of no one responding to texts or calls in regards to farming or community garden, prices at local grocers are inflating non-stop, ran by that sick old fuck that no one likes, and the guy who want's to do the community garden found out im the son of the women he hates. so petty, this town is too small that kind of BS, but they can go dig their graves.
The stoic part of me is just expecting the worst, and so just gonna prepare to go recluse and squat somewhere

@OldM8 I find it monumentally difficult to find people near me interested in the same things. There are a few people with some overlapping interests and goals, but if there are more people I might align better with they are in hiding
