     @Knight_of_the_First_State They knew it didn't do shit against the virus. It was a loyalty test. They wanted to see if they could order the entire country to do something completely arbitrary and it turned out that yes they can and most people will do it because most people are slaves.

     Regarding masking, one of my top regrets is not walking up and snapping a picture of the guy in the grocery store that wore the coffee filter with rubber bands as a mask!
