   So I don’t know what’s scarier, that Revenue just barfed a full development-mode stack trace on me or that they’re using Apache Tomcat version 8.0.53 when the latest release for the 8.x line is currently 8.5.92.

     @aral technically I think 8.0.x is considered a separate version track from 8.5.x. So 8.0.53 is the highest they can go without facing compatibility breaking changes. Nevertheless, that version is no longer supported (since 2018), so yeah, seeing it in the wild is bad.
