     @arstechnica omg, how do you deal with this? Here in Ukraine my plan with monthly 25Gb internet (+unlim on social media) and 800 minutes of calls (+ unlim inside the network) costs about $55… annually. Or $4.58/month.

     @arstechnica Now I understand why my $50 service suddenly got very slow. And slow in the way they used to throttle to "2g" speed before I supposedly had unlimited. It's not really 2g speed, it's extremely erratic. Fast bursts interrupted by temporary total blocks.
