     @icedquinn @coolboymew it simulates daylight. When i was feeling the winter blas one year, I went to bed bath and beyond and stood in front of a series of natural light lamps. When I reached this one, immediately felt better, like it was a nice day.

     @coolboymew cool, yeah for me as long as it's somewhere in my eyeline it helps. It just needs to shine on some part of your retina. Some kind of evolutionary hack. It doesn't need to be on all the time either, you can treat like going for a walk in the park and then turn it off
