     @Curvin @Blouie yeah, you're better off trading for a Conscientious Objector. Also you have to be careful with the Decal Tool; it normally comes with some awful filter on the image that you have to find a guide on how to remove the filter.

     @Blouie @Dechi Oh it's craftable but you have to basically: grind for class & melee slot tokens and hope it crafts that weapon, it probably doesn't come with decal tool if you actually get it that waym
