     Well, lets look at the facts, the folk that some people vote for why not give the vote to babies?

     Gaa Gaa for a Republican & Goo Gaa for a Democratic (noting that Goo + Gaa takes a little more cognitive processing)

     I am only half joking as I've met some relatively intelligent babies that I think would do a better job then Trump.

     The liberal (not the ridiculously named neoliberal) should float an amendment to lower the voting age to 16.

     Or perhaps the actual age of maturity of Trump, 8-year-olds ;)
