It's really funny finding parallels in anti-jewish literature.
Both Martin Luther and The Prophet Muhammad bitterly (and nearly identically) complained that jews were rude to them when they said "Good Morning".
Muhammad complained that when he said "A Salam Alykum" to jews they would answer something that sounds similar but actually meant "Drink poison", and Martin Luther whined that when he said Guten Morgen to jews they would respond with something that sounds like it but was actually "Here comes a demon".
It's funny to think that both Islam and Lutheranism hate jews to this day because their founders thought jews were making fun of them.
It should also be noted that The Protocols of The Elders of Zion briefly brag about the fact that jews excel at name calling.
