     For anyone else who had this kind of situation, the save file I was looking for was in
     
     /home/deck/.wine/drive_c/users/deck/AppData/Local/HoloCure
     
     I copied it over to
     
     /run/media/[YOUR OWN UNIQUE ID]/compatdata/2420510/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/HoloCure
