maybe I exaggerated the fat women point more than I thought lmao. His male characters are definitely all thinner than they used to be

@Tsuki @Tadano @Jens_Rasmussen @alex @EdBoatConnoisseur he provides schematics, but ultimately it's Toyotarou job to basically come up with designs aswell and draw them from scratch with the given character or change it if needed
All toriyama does is that, art corrections (which happens way too many times)
And story bullet points which Toyotarou has to create a story using said bullet points (which resulted in 3 shitty arcs)

I thought Toriyama was still doing the character designs but you're probably right. It's not nearly as much in DQ XI

They won't even touch anything the manga has made currently
