     @nixCraft My employer insists on Jira but they also insist on *continuously* changing the arrangement and requirements of fields, workflows and roles. We have bi-weekly continuing retraining as a result and it's still impossible to keep up.

     The truth is that I don't know if any of my complaints originate with Jira. If I was ever allowed to use the damn thing rather than do battle with it, it's possible I'd like it.

     @nixCraft counterpoint, JIRA is over complicated garbage and you (likely) don't need anything more than what gitlab/GitHub gives you for free, and you don't have to deal with the awful RTF editor, you just use markdown.

     @nixCraft No... I definitely hate Jira. I don't have a problem with what I'm being asked to use it for.

     But the interface is extremely convoluted and it takes several clicks, all that seem to trigger a loading screen, to accomplish anything.
