     @arstechnica I replaced the 19” wheels on my Accord Sport w/17” ones and love the way it drives now. I feel like I have more control over the car.

     Car and Driver looked at this in 2010:

     "What’s immediately apparent from the results is that as the wheel-and-tire packages get larger and heavier, acceleration and fuel economy suffer.
