just read that steam support for the windows 7 will end by this year.
And given that GoG is also starting to throw a shade ad old win7 it looks like its time to never buy any new game ever again.

It's time to switch that machine to Linux, a good Mint, PopOS or something in those lines will keep that clunker alive a bit more, and will be probably easier than a recent WindowsMachismo repeated this. -

Thats what I did, but a lot of years ago, before steam even existed.Its generally easier to use linux these days and much more fixable.
