   @poshelnahuymedia@kolektiva.social Honestly, pay never really was a reason for me to switch jobs either. Its more important to have fun colleagues and interesting work, with good hours. Having good parties from time to time on the company's bill is also a good thing to have for teambuilding, much more effective than any dumb HR teambuilding game they can dream up with.
   
   Money isn't everything, most employees know this too. If you think a job is literally only ever a thing about money and nothing more, I feel very sad for you.

Can you pay for your kids groceries and medical expenses with a ping pong table. I guess the only thing you care about is funko pop and other plastic shit that’s a sad empty life.

     You may be getting me wrong, it's not that I don't care about money, I just don't consider it some godlike possession that one should strive for at all costs. Even minimum wage already covers the cost for a simple but happy life.
