   My blacksmith group received a generous grant, but the organization that issued the funds has sent us a list of questions, and half of them are some form of "how does your organization promote diversity, equality, and inclusion for traditionally marginalized groups?"
   
   The blacksmith club is a group composed entirely of white Christian males, the majority at or near retirement age, who spend their free time swinging hammers at 150 year old chunks of iron. We couldn't get a shine or a skirt to join us if we tried.
   
   It's my job to respond to the questionnaire, and all of the funds haven't been awarded yet, so I gotta be nice about it.

     1. we have strict policies against sexual and racial harassment
     2. we accept members from all backgrounds, without discrimination
     3. we have an 'affinity group' system allowing members of marginalized groups to segregate themselves by race, sex, history, and perversion (you gotta word this part REALLY nicely, because on their face these programs are comically racist)
     just establish all that stuff as you answer the questions. It won't change your organization any but you're just not going to get any money if someone can't join and start a Pedophile Club that meets on Sundays.
