     @p @w At the very least Wireguard traffic to OVH servers is filtered, I've solved it for now by wrapping it into udp2raw. Wireguard to Frantech or other servers I've tried works fine so far.

     @icedquinn @p @w The VPS in question is in France. I've heard reports that mobile operators filtered all OpenVPN and Wireguard traffic via DPI for a day or so, but can't confirm it as I don't use it on my phone.
