     @Piss_Ant Technically it's 30x29 "born in the wrong body" dysphorias based on the magic number of 30 "sexes", since if your magic sex matches your magic "born in wrong" body, you'd be normal. But I'm sure there's a tugged-off dude screaming he's a man born in the wrong man's body.
