     @DK_Dharmaraj as far as I'm aware, most of them are bleeding money and are only kept alive by shitty investors. Having a big news reset, and following independent journos would be a big step up
     
     Unfortunately, a massive amount of them are already massively indoctrinated and won't drop the shit anytime soon

     I mean look what happened after the Twitter banwave or when Twitter purged the cancer.
     
     There was a real fear among some that the Twitter programmers would wind up subverting the fedi. They're thankfully not smart enough for that, but they regrouped and tried to start Mastodon instances.
