     @lain to be precise, you have a +n% Hitler Youth effect from your hair. But your appearance is more than your hair. Although gaming instincts may suggest that you focus your build on Hitler Youth, another inspiration you can draw from is modern medicine, where you'll be given a drug for your primary symptoms and then other drugs to deal with the side effects of the first drug. Taking some blood_pressure++? Then take blood_pressure-- with it.
     Applying this non-gaming principle to your appearance, you can
     a. stack -n% Hitler Youth effecting clothing, such as Jewish symbols or Communist symbols
     b. stack +n% Something Else effecting clothing, so people stop registering you as Hitler Youth. For example, if you wear a Bud Lite t-shirt, people will just think you're gay and will not notice that you're a Nazi.
