I think the most telling example of this is if you ever find a troon who has a sister and parent issues, part of the motivation (which is unsaid) will be how his family treated his sister better, especially if his sister was given a license to be a retard.

@BlinkRape the only difference is whether the brain developed with a different ratio of testosterone to estrogen and troons have physiologically-normal brains for their birth gender in 100% of cases.
