   Meaningful cultural literacy requires being able to think and exist outside of the confines of Current Year, and while there may be a few works in other mediums which transcend the spirit of the age, in practice to be able to really break free requires reading books, especially classics. Sadly this means you're gonna have a rough time finding IRL companionship on this front pretty much anywhere. Cities have the advantage of the most people, so that would be an advantage in terms of finding a few intelligent weirdos, whereas rural areas give you the most room to just commune with nature and have inner peace to reflect on everything, and suburbia is somewhere in between. Really the most important thing is making the most of where you are to cultivate yourself, instead of engaging in retarded arguments online.

     @Soma @ArdainianRight I quit using normie social media (Twitter, Facebook) a decade ago when it became obvious that it was making me a worse person.
     
     Shitposter.club has improved my attitude somewhat, though sometimes I still sperg out like a teenaged moron mashing buttons because someone insulted his favorite emo band.
