     After seeing that several characters go by They/Them, there is a lot of sex, you can make a tranny character and there are craploads of tieflings despite them being demonic chaotic creatures, i firmly believe the game was done by catering to the genderblob coombrain crowd.

It's a low, ugly, crude attempt in the stereotypical Critical Role way to get you to snicker at fat ugly monsters fucking.
