     That's the beauty of the Fediverse, you CAN own your account if you want. Not even the richest person can take your own Fedi server away from you.

     @tilvids @feditips @arstechnica Although if you own the physical server hardware, a not so rich person could break in and steal it. That's before getting into the mess of domain name and ISP disputes.
