     @amigalove The gray with green border and green text for Basic 7.0. Which I assume you also meant:)

     It’s just an odd choice. The C64 just has such awesome colors that just worked so well.

     @breadbin I don't know, but I have to wonder if it was some sort of C64 hybrid with a green monochrome monitor of the spreading IBM business machines.

     But yeah, that's be a great questions for Bil Herd some day.
