     @arstechnica walk defensively you drive that way. IF YOU'RE not paying attention when you step on the street it's on you. I WATCH people in the phone haze without a clue they just walk with the others and the others are paying attention like sheep. THE STREET IS DANGEROUS. if you get hit on the street you weren't paying attention 95% of time. fix pedestrian first.
