     @menherahair Did it stop getting cached while the DB was restoring? I believe I've set it to cache local media for at least two days.

     Ironically, moving the instance onto another server didn't help with RAM consumption on VPS. I blame postgres, but I think I can at least squeeze it further to use less now that I don't have three instances running on same machine.
