     @kf01 The implication of hospitals needing sponsorship is that healthcare is somehow MORE EXPENSIVE than the massive amount we pay already.

     @BowsacNoodle @kf01 Well, the only people paying anything are the whites, and we’re being swamped by non-payers so it makes sense why they’ve fallen on hard times.

     Also all the fancy medicine - which is rarely all that effective anyways - is insanely expensive. $8,000 shots for mild hemapoetic benefit to offset your $32,000 chemo bags just to tack on another 3 years to an 82 yo boomer’s life is not all that great an investment
