Ok, I’ve just followed three different guides to linking to a specific time stamp on YouTube and none of them worked, so you’ll have to skip to 9m50s.
She seems to be saying that she has the same electrical circuit hooked into the grid and solar. I thought that was absolutely thoroughly unsafe. Anyone know better?

@DotardTed Thanks, that confirms what I was thinking. Maybe we’re missing something, she’s usually pretty sensible, but I didn’t see any sign of a physical switch,

I just watched the video, it is exactly the situation where a worker could have been hurt. They're in the middle of an outage, which means someone is working on the line, and they add a new piece of equipment that was previously not there and powers up that line. Zap!
The best units will only power up if power is there, and turn off the power goes down because they cannot synchronize to mains power. Even these need transfer switches. Her system is tiny, 400w is just a few light bulbs.
