For anyone wondering though, the poster is saying: "Elon, you!!!", this is a direct translation so I'll explain it further.

He uses the Katakana for "Eron" (イーロン), as foreign words usually use Katakana and the Japanese language doesn't use the "L" sound.

He also uses the Hiragana for "Teme" (てめぇ), this is an extremely impolite/hostile way of saying "you" and is commonly translated to be a slur (bastard, son of a bitch, etc).

There's not really a good English equivalent, but one example I could think of is when Homer says "Why you little!" to Bart. This is very similar in that it expresses anger, disdain or distaste.
