@mario you can buy prepaid credit cards here and in the US that you can register in whatever name you want and stripe will accept it. same thing for privacy.com -- the latter will let you register with any bank account in the US and produce cards on the fly for use with specific sites. i didnt look much into it, but I did contact stripe about these people and the potential for credit card fraud being high

But in order to get a CC, you def need to be of legal age and to get crypto (as long as it's not peer-2-peer without a licensed exchange in the middle) you also need to go through KYC which requires you to be of legal age.
the best guess i have is that they used one of their parents CCs :blobcatgoogly:
