There have only been a handful of successful cases of womb transplants and even then they only stay in long enough for the woman to carry a child to term and then they're removed because the woman's body always rejects the foreign womb at some point. They see it as safer to just go ahead and remove it once they have a child so they don't have to deal with full-fledged rejection.
