     i realize that this code snippet might be confusing; the main part of it is just for some debug output. what i'm doing is just resetting the SPI interface if i get data, but it looks like garbage

     @mntmn btw you can lower the refresh rate to 0.1 seconds, just so it will almost instantly show that it's charging the cells, it's just cooler this way I think xddd
