     @mjf_pro @Teri_Kanefield A "top-down AND bottom-up" strategy for the investigation was proposed by DoJ prosecutors and rejected by Garland and other top DoJ officials. That expanded investigation would have been faster, without breaking our rule of law. It *might* have been less effective in the end, or it might not - but it was certainly a legal option without falling into dictatorial territory.

     @BobApril @Teri_Kanefield How do you accomplish that in a rule of law system — with all its checkpoints and safeguards and, yes, “delay” points, without destroying the rule of law itself? It’s OK to have a dictatorial system so long as it’s not “their” dictator calling the shots?

     @Teri_Kanefield “Things will happen when the experienced, skilled, and intelligent white-collar criminal investigation trial experts in charge of making them happen, make them happen” isn’t the “fix it NOW so we can finally change the damn channel” answer they’re looking for.

     @BobApril @mjf_pro @Teri_Kanefield hope that justice somehow is responsible about keeping GOP and Trump from power is dangerous one, and always have been. It is a problem people will have to deal with directly, either via ballot box or else.
