@tyler @graf @coolboymew The reason people potentially get sick from raw ground beef is because the chance that some intestine meat got mixed in, as the packaging is done en masse.
I have an older family member who has a bite of raw beef when cooking usually, and says the taste is completely different from 60-70 years ago.cool_boy_mew likes this. -
