     poast has an obligation to our users to uphold the blocking of materials that the vast majority find distasteful.
     
     we could force mark it all sensitive, but there are genuine whores soliciting sex which is illegal in a lot of the countries poast operates

     asking anyone to police that is antithetical to fedi, nostr and what we believe but the problem is nostr media doesn't come from one site. it comes from any site the nostr user has configured for their media, so it could be anything. @alex input on this? i dont want to block the whole bridge because of prostitution

     @tyler @alex lets see what happens. my concern is the bridge doesnt actually ever serve media so i dont think this is going to work and im going to have to swat flies to deal with porn in which case i will just defederate it which i dont want to do

     eg
     Poast and pieville and FSE and X and X
     but exlude others
     
     Why have one huge list
