   At this point I desperately need to make an application for myself to track my medicine. I have a pretty terrible memory and I don’t remember whether I took my Sertraline earlier so I’ve taken a dose just in case.

   This could end bad in the long run so I think I’ll create such an application tomorrow….

     @autumn well whenever I adjust my dose I feel like I’ve been run over by a bus which I do feel like right now; though mainly from adjusting from 50 mg to 100 mg

     @LunaFoxgirlVT The good news is, it's *really* hard to do that. If you've taken one or two more than what you need, you likely won't feel any different. I am speaking from experience here.

     Or maybe you could get one of those pill cases that got days written on them?
