  @hellhammer666 There's an entire subculture of musicians trying to dodge airplanes with bad treatment of bags or airports that doesn't allow you to take your instruments with you due to instruments frequently getting broken that way. Some airports won't even allow you to just buy a seat for your guitar. It's also why a lot of them choose to drive across large distances in a bus even if they are just playing in major cities.
