     I've only spent a week in each. L.A. was in a weird hostel filled with wannabe movie stars and restaurant workers .. and bed bugs. New York was on a work trip for a vendor training, with a hotel room that was more than a month's pay in a week.
     
     It's a tough call ... but I think if I was forced to live in either, it would be .... no I can't do it. With both of them I'd make for the border and die trying to get out.
