@realcaseyrollins @medli macros is protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Whey protein in protein shakes is a complete protein (all essential aminos included). I don't really think peanuts are, but I could be mistaken.
You can always eat meat (jerky is quick) and eggs (hard boiled or pickled eggs make good snacks). You should be getting the bulk of your protein from whole foods anyway. Whey is a supplement. Maybe try eating greek yogurt or drinking kefir too as they are high in protein (although it's mostly casein which is slower digesting and can make you feel full longer). You also may be able to use less liquid to make your shakes (I use milk when I drink whey protein. It tastes better and adds more protein anyway).

@realcaseyrollins @medli cottage cheese is another great food to eat when you are hunting for protein. A little salt and pepper or some blueberries added in... delicious and loaded.

@medli @realcaseyrollins also when eating a high protein diet, make sure to keep an eye on fiber intake or you'll be shitting rabbit pellets

@thatguyoverthere @realcaseyrollins I do Greek yogurt and chicken and eggs mainly! Also some tuna.. I struggle with cottage cheese cuz I hate the texture lol but I keep seeing recipes with it so maybe I’ll give it another shot teehee
