not your standard roguelike-like; this one has some unique elements, like the way every dungeon is shaped like a ring of cards you have to carefully navigate. I really like that most items have drawbacks as well as benefits; you won't just grab every new item if you want to win, you have to think about your build.
for example, there's an item that freezes enemies (makes them unable to strike back at you) every time you attack, but only if you have 4 or fewer items equipped. this means you can have a potentially ultra-strong item, but you have to have a mostly-empty inventory to make it happen, which leaves you vulnerable to other dangers, including long-distance attacks and enemies faster than you. I almost beat the game with a good setup, but made some basic mistakes on a later level.
But it is a completely different genre. Speaking of which where can I find an uncensored version of Dungeon Travelers? I had it on my Vita but they censored all the scenes and removed a bunch of them for the English release.
