     Man, this feels like a final chapter of sorts, they are trying to wrap things up. I'll be saddened if the manga ends here on chapter 88.

     Not posting any more pages. But im proud of the MC, he grew a pair at the end.
     
     And yeah it seems chapter 88 is the end. I had a feeling. They wrapped up a lot of things.

     Overall im satisfied with Marginal Operation, it was a rollercoaster of emotions.
     
     I do feel the end was rushed though, more things should've taken a bit more time to showcase or explore, like MC's family, the elf's situation and recovery, the arms dealer, etc.
     
     also, the MC at times felt too overpowered with his commanding abilities and battles were pretty much one-sided.
     
     All in all, i'd give Marginal Operation a score of 8.5/10
     
     Quite enjoyable.

     ok well i’m already kinda past that arc by a few chapters or so at this point but

     i honestly don’t really have much to say about it. the 1 year time skip kinda threw me off a little bit (thankfully the new character was there to provide some expositions of what he and the kids had been doing in other parts of the middle east)

     oh and the elf wearing all black in akihabara (and the kids all having culture shock over there) was pretty amusing. i feel like she purposely placed herself in the spotlight to kinda lure him out (because maybe she could kinda tell he didnt really die or someone found the note he left behind back in the whatever the country is called) for maybe some hidden agenda (since it’s been a year, anything could happen during then)

     well it was very good but i didnt really have any expectations to be surpassed or anything (well i guess my expectation was “i hope this manga is good” and it met that expectation?)

     as for the latter, while i think the dad is irresponsible, the kids all trusted him and they have better future if they stick around with him ig. hopefully in the future he can start proper business without having to involve the child soldiers and wash his hands from all the nasty business so that no one’s gonna target his family in the future
