     @MoeBritannica I don't see the problem. In a hypothetical world, where this is implemented you can still choose to use current tier of png to post on the internet. You can still screenshot an existing image, doodle a moustache on it, save it as a "classic" png and post to the internet for teh lulz. Even if the main social platforms would prevent you from posting "unsigned" pngs, you'll still have pleromas or imageboards that would let you do so.
