As it stands, when this battery finally dies, our choices are likely another electric blower with a proprietary battery (ick), or a gas-powered thing which we can mostly repair ourselves (also ick).
Right to repair IS a climate change issue.

My electric snowblower bit the dust about 3/4 of the way through. Curse the proprietary battery which Snow Joe doesn't make anymore for stupid and arbitrary reasons!
