twitter update:
1. nitter's usable again, but only with the daemon using a twitter account, therefore I am using third-party nitters again like a peasant who doesn't know how to use a computer
2. direct links to single tweets also work through embeds and services like vxtwitter.com
3. people seem to be content to stay on the platform even with rate limits and account requirements. People used to using accounts are very slow to see how the new-user experience is devolving to a claymore-mined "FUCK OFF" sign.
