To add to this skullgirls developers always hated the fanbase and the game they made
- luithe and 🛡 ⚔️ McCreeaboo ⚔️ 🛡 like this.
- Machismo repeated this.
-
@Dude Gee, I wonder why these piece of shit sellout kikes get review bombed? :anime_wut:
It's almost like throwing your fanbase under the bus is a BAD thing.
-
@Dude
>2011 was such a different time"
imagine being this oblivious to your own NPC mind that you need to justify ""your"" morals and opinion with it :zt_laugh:
-
@Dude
Pretty sure these are the fags who took over circa 2015, right? IIRC the original devs didn't mind any of this "problematic content" whatsoever, but these trannylovers want to court the "FGC", so can't have anything in there that might offend that gang of child molesters. :noa_disgust:
-
@ChristiJunior @Dude I never understood why trashing your original audience or not giving the audience who literally buy your games to appeal to a market that doesn't exist to make your games worse and lose your customers is seen as le good
I watched hololive members for a while and I remember when one of them was genuine about thanking their fans or else she wouldn't even be there
-
@Dude Seriously, how is it THIS hard to avoid blatantly shitting on the people who you owe everything? I realize that concepts like "loyalty" and "gratitude" are alien to Current Year NPCs, but at the very least you could just say "We were very different people and game designers back when we originally made the game, and the later revisions reflect that. It's a shame that some long-time fans feel alienated from the game because of this, but we hope that they'll find other games to enjoy, and that our new direction will draw in new fans to make up for the loss of old ones."
-
@Giganova8 I hope they make a new game. Put all their effort into it and then watch it flop hard.
-
@Dude
Nah, why do that when they can steal other people's hard work and bitch about not getting away with it? :kek_pain:
-
>2011 was such a different time, too
I KNOW, AND I MISS IT
-
@luithe @ChristiJunior @Dude
Twitter bubble and ESG money tricked them into believing that their nonsense was far more popular than it actually was. Just look at how many faggots are seething on Twitter about the "review bombing", compared to how many are on Steam. They lock themselves into their little hugboxes, and forget that the vast majority of the world aren't terminally online sex pests like them. :nacho_disgust:
-
@Giganova8 @ChristiJunior @Dude I cant see the tweet cause I have no accounts to view the comments
-
@ChristiJunior They'll never care because they enjoy the power tripping. It inflates their ego.
-
@Giganova8 @Dude SJWs need to be Blacklisted without mercy, and every job application from faggots listing their pronouns needs to go right into the trash. They're infiltrators and a purely negative addition to any community or group.
-
@ChristiJunior @Dude
IIRC, the people who "own" Skullgirls now were a hostile group who got themselves hired on during GG, then concocted a whole elaborate conspiracy to accuse the founders of sexual harassment and assault so as to steal the company out from under them. So yeah, they aren't the OG devs at all.
-
@Giganova8 @Dude So it's not even the original devs selling out, it's usurpers who straight up hijacked the franchise? In that case, you're not a real fan if you DON'T harass them.
-
@Giganova8 @Dude You don't have to *openly* blacklist them, you just make sure to never hire them. Maybe even call them up for interviews, just to waste their time, and give you the excuse of citing "bad personal chemistry" or a "poor showing" during the job interview as the reason the SJW faggot was rejected.
-
@ChristiJunior @Dude
The problem is that they'll just sue you into the ground for "discriminatory hiring" if you don't hire them, and if you do hire them and try to keep them out of the power structure, they'll sue you for that too. This is, sadly, not something that can really be fought directly given the way labor laws work in the US. :akko_weary:
-
@ChristiJunior @Dude
I mean, in a just society, sure, but given that every single court in the country is firmly on the side of faggotry, you'd pretty much be presumed guilty by the mere accusation. And of course, if you do survive the lawfare they're sure to send you, enjoy being blacklisted by all the payment processors, storefronts, and web hosts, since all of them are compromised too. :dead_inside:
There's not really any solution to this that doesn't involve, at a bare minimum, seizing these people's assets and exiling them to some foreign shithole. Most likely, they'll find themselves exiled to a hole in the ground, permanently. :ina_gun:
-
@Giganova8 @ChristiJunior @Dude @luithe I should add too, the Twitter bubble imploding and interest rates going up is showing how weak these types are when there's nothing to prop them up. Just like the dot com bubble.
-
@ChristiJunior @Giganova8 @Dude It's really hard to fight this in any endeavor including a large enough group, but you do what you can.
-
@Dude I really wish someone would drag their smug asses in court to see if this shit holds up.
-
@Pawlicker @ChristiJunior @Dude @luithe
Only thing I'm worried about is that this bubble popping might have collateral damage, especially cause people like these fags are actively propped up by those in power. :awoo_worry:
-
@Giganova8 @ChristiJunior @Dude @luithe it's already coming down for the T imo given that community has managed to burn every bridge including even the LGB because of how it's torn apart families, communities, organizations, and friend circles. A friend of mine said that it's like the brony stuff in the early 2010s, I'd say I was never treated anywhere near as bad by them for saying mlp was stupid.
-
@Pawlicker @ChristiJunior @Dude @luithe
I'm mostly worried that the ringleaders will be able to offer up innocuous content (anime, vidya, etc.) as a blood sacrifice to the mob whilst they make their escape. You can already see the beginnings of that with stuff like Matt Walsh suddenly fixating on anime in his Twitter rants. They're not going to go quietly, and I fear that the normies, once riled up by the backlash to trannyshit, won't bother making distinctions, and will just go scorched earth on everything that even passingly resembles things the troons used. :megu_scare:
-
@Giganova8 @ChristiJunior @Dude @luithe it's not even just that it's also boomerism hardcore. I'm talking like referring to anime as "japanamation" and thinking it's porn or kids shows only. Yes a boomer at my job did that while also only being able to think of porn
-
@Giganova8 @Pawlicker @ChristiJunior @Dude @luithe that is going to be a tough decision later on
Do you rip out the roots burn it all down and salt the earth to kill the blight for good or do you minimize collateral damage with the real risk they will return?
I dont know
-
@Vidmastereon @Pawlicker @Dude @Giganova8 @luithe Stuff like this is why it's important to identify where we really went wrong as a civilization. Obviously the 1960s were catastrophic, but I'd argue that WW1 was where the decline really started, that was when the White Western man really began losing faith in himself, and as a result began falling prey to evil ideologies like communism and the suffragette crap.
Anti-racism, gay rights, women's liberation, egalitarianism etc, it all belongs in the scrapheap of history. To what extent media promoting or reflecting such anti-values needs to be purged is an open question, personally I think most of it wouldn't really do that much harm in a healthier environment, where there's plenty of more Based alternatives, and people aren't brainwashed into accepting the anti-values from the moment they're born.
-
@Dude >2011 was a different time too
Ah, so they never believed in their IP in the first place :konata_yawn:
-
@Ronnie21093 Erm, yeah. I heard the original devs have been phased out. I don't know much Skullgirls history but anyone that says "it was a different time" is not fit for making anything artistic. That's what I was commenting on.
@Dude
-
@Cayhr @Dude The original devs believed in the IP. These parasites who replaced them do not.
-
@Cayhr @Dude Ah. Didn't really realize what exactly you were commenting on.
Speaking of the original devs, I wonder what they are up to these days? :chino_sip:
-
@Ronnie21093 Not your fault. I didn't specify the replacement devs. As for the originals, who knows? Probably moved on to greener pastures, or have exited the scene.
@Dude
