     I found this guy a few years ago, look at some of these towns he talks about.

     I've been watching and posting some videos from this guy who's been touring the south and mid-west. Completely impoverished towns that are 80-90% White. Low population counts though, < 1000 souls.
     
     A lot of homes needing critical restoration services. Roofing, siding and foundation as all of it going to shit. If there was ever an area I'd wish to resettle and maybe bring in industry/revenue. It'd be somewhere like out there.
