I understand. I'm trying to get clay out of my soil, and the only way I know to do that is to liquefy the soil and gravity separate the sand, silt and clay. Massive amount of work with slow results.
I'm probably a crazy workaholic, but I've made my peace with it. If it wasn't this, I'd be working on something else. :02_shrug:

The soil I have here is mainly clay.
You'd bee in heavens with what I have extracted so far, you'd only have to dilute everything in water and filter that out, otherwise everything that was over 0.6mm was sieve out.
I only use 1/4 of that soil in my mixes (clay is important for ion exchange), too much of it would ruin the water retention capacity of this soil and it's oxygen capacity too.
