I know that new degree holders struggling to get their first gig is nothing new, but I've been seeing enough posts like this to start wondering if companies are becoming more skiddish about bringing in kids for makework email jobs and if it's any kind of economic indicator.

>I have no way of knowing *why* I am being turned down.
but telling you why could be very offensive. You should be happy about this! A safe space isn't a space rich in communication, OK?
>employers turning down a Bachelor's degree holder for a job that pays $30,000 a year?
it's really tough to adequately explain how much of a fucking scam college is. For your debt you should be prepared to make your own money with your skills, and be able to price yourself out of that job even with no offers.
free advice: get a job doing literally anything to pay rent, gain an entertainment skill in your free time, and do something like make a game with fun economic simulation and good data visualization.
