Uh, it has though? Plenty of times? Did you even read Lothrop Stoddard or any kind of historical textbooks? Racial intermingling, the overall lowering of standards, and all our other societal ills which come about as a result of perniciously and irresponsibly pushed politics are what lower the quality of stock found in a people, resulting in more and more stupid people and ideas being pushed out which inevitably results in collapse.
