   She was so happy having me at home for a WFH streak, but wants the money of an away game. Now that a trip comes up she wants me to call in sick and just hang out all day…..

   I kinda get why women’s finances are such wrecks. Money isn’t even real to them, it’s just happens.

     Oh nvm she thinks I’m working w/ a woman, that’s probably why. Still has that retarded idea that guys would want a ‘professional’ woman. Yeah man, it’s like soooo unattractive how my kittycat doesn’t have any professional certifications or degrees, what kind of guy wants a youthful, skinny, loving woman nesting at home like a secret treasure reserved only for him?

     They use their emotions for decisions more and live in the moment more.
     
     I'm not sure if I'd want to use my emotions for decisions any more than I probably already do unconsciously but it would be nice to live in the moment more sometimes.

     @Twoinchdestroya The old boomer pilot cohort LOVES the whole ‘women in aviation’ thing. They’re everywhere already, get all kinds of special treatment and attention, but anytime we’re doing hiring or contracting they jump at the chance to hire the most mediocre, prissy chicks they can find. I’m already dreading things if I do end up with the chick I think I will. Would rather do it alone but sometimes insurance won’t let you go single…..

     @birdulon This is just the insecurity of a girl who still can’t beat her inclination to imagine men are the exact same as women. In their mind a girl-pilot is more attractive than a homebody-petGF because…girls are grossed out by unemployed male homebodies and attracted to pilots.

     Her self-centered thought process just won’t let up, no matter how I explain it to her. There’s always a streak of self-doubt like I’ve just been pretending I’m attracted to the fact she’s got a HS diploma and only one part-time job on her resume (when I genuinely find it super hot)

     Aw man now tempting me is another option: Take the trip, make some money, get some much-needed flight hours on this paycheck, or accept the ready-made excuse and stay at home all day having snuggly day-off sex

     HMMMMM. I know I gotta grit my teeth and work but having people basically begging me to cancel is so tempting. Cancelling anything is always the best feeling, you know?

     @professionalbigot69 We’ve been doing it like 2-3x every day I’m home, I could use a breather TBH. Summertime heat is just tough….though I guess the tempo isn’t too diff. in the winter. She’s just always dressing skimpy and we’re always doing day-showers, hard to pass up.

     Still waiting for the honeymoon phase to end but I’m just as excited now as I was at the start. I just really need to suck it up and head out, this one’s pretty short and I get some much-needed time in the logbook. WFH is fun but it’s stagnating my already tardy career.

     Also I just discovered our new work phones only have 64gb of storage….and I need 8gb more in order to download my charts. Stupid cheap trophy wife and her dogshit buys, ugh.
